To make this cake, you will need:

-10" square cake stacked and filled covered in med blue fondant
-yellow and red fondant
-craft knife
-pattern (link at bottom)
-shortening
-corn starch
-ribbon cutter
-water
-brush
-rolling pin
-12" square cake board
