Описание к видео NEW YEARS EVE WORKOUT 2017! ALL QUADS AND PECS!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! YAAASSS!! What a better way to ring in the new year with an intense workout for the butt and chest:) Grab a heavy weight and a stool. I upped my weight to two 12lbs to really challenge myself. I was hurting the next day for real:) The gold outfit I am wearing did not breathe well, so I was a sweating LOL.
Let's get on to this workout:
We are starting with a warm up, jogging in place with high knees them moving on to some mini lunges to stretch out the inner thighs and hamstrings.
Our cardio today will be ballet sote jumps turned out then parallel but basically all they are little jumps for cardio!
Now we are going to grab that weight and start working those glutes! Single leg jump squats to isolate that glute muscle. These are hard, stick with me. If you cannot balance just do the lunge back squat. More squats with weights then moving on to step ups with a stool. These are my all time favorite for working those thighs and glutes. Yes they burn but they work! More cardio then we will move on to dead lifts for the butt. In between to get a break we will do some biceps then some leg kick outs for flexibility and strength. Now we are moving onto the floor for those pec muscles. You need to work these to give the appearance of a tighter "up lifted" breast area. All those breast feeding mothers know what I am talking about:) We will end with some abs to finish you off.
