Wow hello everyone!! 😁

Today was a bit emotional for me! I have always celebrated my diaversary (the date I was diagnosed with T1D) every single year, however I've only ever known the day- not the year!

Today I decided that I would try to access my health records and figure out how long I've been living with T1D for. I can now say that I finally have the year and I'm more than happy that I did this, hopefully you enjoy it too!

I've always been too hard on myself, so please don't do the same thing I've done. Every single day is another day you have lived with diabetes, and you should be proud of that. We don't get any days off, but you can give your mind a break for everything you are doing to take care of yourself everyday.
