In this tutorial we learn about radial gradient, text background with border effect and neon text style, using "Name Wallpaper" android app.

Select text/font color light pink and dark pink color and style will be custom with angle up side pointing arrow.
Now for the background select radial gradient with 3 colors. Light pink color, dark purple color and last even more dark purple color. Tile mode set as Repeat, Radius will be more than half of the width(Radius max size depend on device resolution base). Center X is 0, Center Y is between top and screen half point of height.
Remove all the text effects if enabled.
Apply bold effect and set the font/text size to 60.
Enable Neon effect with style Solid with Fill & Stroke. Select light pink color with Radius 7 and Stroke width 5.
Now enable text background with 3 colors, black 1 & 2 and light pink 3 position. Set all corners to 200 max value. Padding left 50, top 100, right 50 and bottom 100.
Now enable border with size max, border color whatever it will be ignore by neon effect, enable neon effect with style Outer, uncheck front/punchout, color style custom with 7 colors starting will be pink color and make all colors to same. Now reduce alpha value for each from 2 color to the last color with different value so the last color will be transparent totally. Set the radius value 50.

That's it, your wallpaper is ready now set as wallpaper.
