Watch our inline capper cap for 100 gr round plastic caps onto glass jars at 3,600 bottles per hour. This machine features the electronic GC750 cap orienter with selection via laser sensor, cap transfer with pegs and cap dispenser actuated by air cylinder, and servo capping heads with quick release lower part. Featuring rejection of faulty closures in a collection tray and cap controls (presence, askew caps) with rejection of faulty capped jars.
