DBXV2 PQ122 Challenge- UI Sign Goku w/his Festival Skill (requested by Rein)

UI Sign Goku was requested by friend of the channel Rein, and since UI Sign has shown up in the festival rotation, I figured it was time to knock him out.

Festival Sign Goku is kinda whatever. His festival skill replaces Divine KHH instead of his wackass Spirit Pulse which is kinda unfortunate. Spirit Pulse is probably one of the worst moves due to how useless it is. Short range, not really all that fast, lackluster damage, AND it's a combo ender. This isn't great because Sign's festival move pretty much has to be used in the same places, and I'd rather have his festival move and Div. KHH rather than Spirit Pulse + Festival skill. Two moves with different utilities rather than 2 sameish moves that way. At least that atrociously bad evasive gets swapped out with Instant Rise, specifically the unique Instant Rise that MUI Goku has. If you never noticed, MUI's Instant Rise has a wider range of where he can teleport compared to other users of Instant Rise, and now Sign Goku has that same Instant Rise on a preset.
