POCO M6 Pro 5G is a phone with a big display. It has got Snapdragon 4-nanometer processor. It has also got IP53 rating. This is a 5G phone. The phone is packed in a yellow color box. Made in India will be prominently displayed on the box. This phone has a classy look. Other than the phone, the box contains SIM ejector, literature about the phone and a neat TPU case. A 22.5W adapter is also given with 18W support. Type-C charging cable is also provided.
The most unexpected factor about this phone is its price. The price of this phone is Rs. 10,999. The specifications for this phone are quite promising. That for this price they have given 4-nanometer processor that is Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 is praiseworthy. Gaming is decent in this phone. Another important feature of this phone is that they are providing 5G processor for this price. 7 5G brands are provided.
Regarding hardware LPDDR4X RAM has been used. UFS 2.2 is also provided. Two variants are available. That is 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. This phone has a hybrid SIM slot. MIUI dialer is present in this phone. Calls can be recorded without any interruption. There is some bloatware but those can be uninstalled if necessary.
Display is big. It is 6.74-inch FHD+ LCD display. 90Hz adaptive refresh rate has been given. Adaptive refresh rate can improve the visual quality and performance of the display, as well as save battery life. 240Hz touch sampling rate is given. Peak brightness is 550 Nits. Display brightness is good both in indoors and outdoors. For protection they have given Corning Gorilla Glass 3 in the front and in the back they have given Tuffen Glass. Build quality is good.
The design is unique as seen in other POCO phones. The phone has two cameras, 50MP main camera and 2MP depth camera. Selfie camera is 8MP. Photos are good. They will provide 2 years OS update and 3 years security patch. IR blaster has been provided. You can use it as a remote for your TV or AC. It has got a 3.5mm jack.
