Описание к видео First Year Chemistry Lesson 2 | Chapter 2 | Atomic Structure | PTB | Federal | Aga Khan Board

This is the second lesson in the First Year Chemistry Series as we continue to cover the syllabus. In this lesson, we discuss topics from chapter 2 "Atomic Structure". We started the lesson from the Discharge tube experiment, followed by the Plum Pudding model by JJ Thomson. After that, we discussed Rutherford's Atomic Model and Bohr's Atomic Model.

We further discussed the Bohr's Equations for calculating the radius and energy of an electron in the Hydrogen atom.

In the next lesson we will talk about the wave numbers, hydrogen spectrum, Planck's and DE Broglie's equations, X-Rays, Quantum Numbers and Electron Configuration.
