2023 Nissan Z Review: Fun, Balanced, Good Kind of Old-School

The hotly anticipated 2023 Nissan Z is here! And it's new, if not "all new," riding on a revised platform shared with the outgoing 370Z. That's not a bad thing though, as the 2023 Z uses the 3.0L twin-turbo V6 first found in the Infiniti Q60 Red Sport, making 400 HP and 350 lb-ft. Our 2023 Nissan Z Proto Spec with 6-speed manual offered a softer ride vs Toyota Supra, but that actually made it a lot of fun at lower speeds and limits.
