Nikki Moses shows you how to prepare and cook Millet, a very healthful gluten-free grain. For this recipe, you will need: millet grain, water (or stock or broth), oil or butter, frying pan or saute pan, 2 to 4 quart pot with a lid. (An alternative to the method in this video is to toast the millet as shown and then pour the water into the frying pan with the millet, stir, bring to a slow bubble, turn heat to low, cover, and cook in the frying pan for 25 minutes. With this method, you do not need a separate pot.)
