Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Airlift 1000 rear universal air spring kit. Now this kit's going to help eliminate vehicle sag under a heavy load by giving you up to 1,000 pounds of load leveling support, stabilizing your rear suspension. So what this means for you is no more rear sagging, and your towing experience is going to become much more smoother, improving the overall safety and ride quality when you're towing your RV or a heavy trailer. Now when you're towing or you're carrying a heavy cargo or a hefty load, that extra weight can make your steering and your braking and your headlight aim unpredictable. So with the help of these air springs, you're gonna be able to get more precise handling and improved braking performance, and that's gonna help significantly enhance your driving experience by reducing that sway and absorbing road shock.

And that's gonna ultimately lead to safer adventures as you're going down the road. So this is a universal kit. So if there isn't a specific Airlift 1000 air spring kit for your vehicle. You're gonna be able to use this universal kit. However, you are going to have to take a couple of measurements on your rear coil springs to ensure that you're going to get the right fit.

Also, this kit will not fit vehicles with coil over shocks or coil springs with internal jounce bumpers. So to make sure that you're gonna get the right fit with this universal kit. On this product page, we do have instructions to follow to guide you on how to get those measurements. So take advantage of those measurement, of those instructions, rather, that you find on this product page. Now finding the perfect balance for every load is gonna be easy.

With the adjustable air pressure system of this kit, you're gonna be able to manually tweak the air pressure to distribute and support the load evenly. And that adjustability means that you can accommodate virtually any haul. And if you wanted to, you could add an optional compressor system, which is going to let you make adjustments on the fly. So it's gonna be perfect for those on-the-go road trips with varying cargo. So again, you are going to get adjustable air pressure with this kit.

So if you have a spring pitch that's greater than one inch, the adjustability is gonna be from five to 35 PSI. And then if you have a spring pitch that's less than one inch, it's gonna be from five to 50 PSI. So heavy loads can strain your tires and the original suspension system, leading to premature wear. But by adding this kit, you're gonna be able to significantly reduce wear and tire strain, in a sense prolonging their lifespan, keeping your vehicle in top condition without the costly maintenance, and enjoy peace of mind knowing that your suspension is indeed getting the support that it needs. So you're gonna get everything that you see here on the table before me, along with instructions to guide you through that installation process. And again, this is going to give you a load leveling capacity up to 1,000 pounds. But it is important to note that these springs do not actually increase your vehicle's weight carrying capacity. So you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limits.
