Alan Partridge has returned to his roots in Norwich for the world premiere of his new film Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa, before heading to London. On the red carpet Alan was confident about the film's reception and said the critics who doubted his career could "get lost".

The much anticipated British comedy is out in cinemas on August 7. Report by James Sloan.
