On 30 July, Housing Choices Australia celebrated the official launch of its newest state-of-the-art social housing development in Pascoe Vale, Victoria, with the partners who made this project possible. Delivered in partnership with Homes Victoria under the Victorian Government’s $5.3 billion Big Housing Build, this development includes 70 high-quality, energy-efficient homes for those who need them most—including five homes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander households, provided in partnership with Aboriginal Housing Victoria. This project was made possible through strong collaboration with our partners:

The site is now mostly tenanted, and it’s wonderful to see residents settling in and beginning to build a strong, connected community.
