Summary :-
OP is a part-time dental hygienist who lives with her husband, Nick, an accounts manager at a building supply firm. They have been married six years and have a seemingly peaceful and satisfying marriage.

Every year, OP and Nick go to Colorado to visit her family and ski at Aspen. This year Nick says he told his manager that he can work during his holiday. He later changes this to telling OP that he isn’t able to go with her to Aspen. She offers to stay with him at home to keep him company but he won’t let her. While she is away, she receives a text from an unknown number with photos of Nick and his manager Jessica on vacation together. She tries to call the number and isn’t successful. She calls Nick and he shows her via video call that he’s at home, not on vacation. OP assumes that the photos are fake and blocks the unknown number.

Some time later, OP is contacted by Sam, who says he is Jessica’s husband. He tells OP that he has proof of Nick’s infidelity: Sam hired a private investigator to tail Nick and Jessica. OP refuses to believe him and threatens to call the police and accuse Sam of defamation.

Eventually, OP cannot ignore the doubt that Sam instigated. She meets with him again and sees the proof from the PI. Afterward, to be sure, she tails Nick and Jessica herself. She follows them to a hotel and realizes that it’s all true: Nick is cheating on her and lying about it.

OP and Sam hatch a plan to catch the cheating pair red-handed. At Sam and Jessica’s tenth anniversary party, Sam hides cameras in the couple’s bedroom. He pretends he left Jessica’s gift in their bedroom and has OP ask Nick to go help Jessica fetch it. A live stream shows all the guests that Nick and Jessica are more than just coworkers. The “gift” contains damning evidence of their infidelity along with divorce papers. OP also divorces Nick and moves home to start a new life in Colorado -- possibly with Sam as her new lover. Nick and Jessica lose their jobs and their reputations.
