👩‍🍳本集食譜👨‍🍳
Recipe :
砂糖 : 100克 Granulated Sugar : 100 g
黑糖 : 100克 Brown Sugar : 100g
鹽 : 3/4 茶匙 Salt : ¾ Tsp

中筋麵粉:284克 Flour:284g
發粉:1茶匙 Baking Powder:1 Tsp
蘇打粉:1½ 茶匙 Baking Soda:1½ Tsp

室溫無鹽牛油:87克 Room Temperature Unsalted butter :87g

牛奶朱古力粒60% ( 入爐用 ):70克 60% milk chocolate chips (for baking):70g
黑朱古力粒80% ( 入爐用 ):70克 80% dark chocolate chips (for baking):70g

1.放57克的牛油在鍋中並用小火煮溶牛油
⁠ Using low heat, in a pan melt 57g of butter

2.把牛油溶液與剩餘的牛油混在一起,然後倒在100克的白砂糖、100克的黑糖和適量的鹽的混合物中
Combine the melted butter and butter together. Afterwards add in 100g of white sugar, 100g of brown sugar and a pinch of salt.

3.倒入蛋液、香草香精攪拌均勻至水狀
Add in egg mixture and vanilla extract. Mix well and should look watery

4.分次倒入麵粉攪拌均勻

5.混合60%和80%朱古力攪拌均勻
Mix with 60% and 80% chocolate

6.量出大概100克粉團,壓走中間的空氣再慢慢搓成球狀
Scoop out about 100 grams of dough, then press out the air in the middle. Roll it into a ball

7. 在上面加上少許朱古力碎後冷卻兩天
Add an extra chocolate chip on top and let the dough chill for two days

8.焗爐預熱至180度並焗15分鐘
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes

9.拿出來放涼大約兩至三分鐘,完成!
Let them cool for about 2 to 3 minutes. Finish!
