UP NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling has officially started today, 2 January, and this update is extremely time-critical for all MD/MS aspirants. Online registration is live from 11 AM today and will remain open till 5 January, 2 PM. Candidates must also complete the registration fee and security money deposit by 5 January, 5 PM to stay eligible.

The merit list will be released on 5 January, followed by choice filling from 6 January, 11 AM to 9 January, 2 PM. Seat allotment results will be declared on 12 January, and allotted candidates must download the allotment letter and complete admission between 13–17 January.

Round 3 may be the last major opportunity to secure a PG medical seat, so missing dates or making wrong choices can cost you a full year. Watch this video carefully to understand the complete process and avoid mistakes.
