Yes, I'm oddly in the city of San Diego at this intersection even though I am currently posting signal videos in the city of Lemon Grove. Some locations of the city of San Diego are in very weird places and this is one of them because if you look just 60 to 70 yards down the street where those power lines start, that's where the city of Lemon Grove starts. Also, just to the right of here, Spring Valley starts.

The reason why there are 3M traffic lights to the right for through traffic because there are other traffic lights in front of them that I was literally leaning on while filming this. I don't understand why they designed it that way because it's just one intersection, but I can definitely see those two 3M traffic lights being gone in the near future because they don't even need to be here. Heck, maybe they are already gone because I haven't been at this intersection since I filmed it. The 3M signals have mostly new LED bulbs except for that incandescent yellow light on the lower right. The two 3M green lights have new LED bulbs in them and just recently had incandescent bulbs. There are a total of six 3M traffic lights at this intersection and a few years before this video, there was eight.

The red lights have 20 LED's and 1 incandescent
The yellow lights have 9 LED's and 11 incandescents
The green lights have 20 LED's and 1 incandescent
The pedestrian lights have 3 countdowns and 5 LED hand/man
