Do you ever feel like a fraud-whether in your career, relationships, or even your identity? Today, I'm discussing imposter syndrome (complete with a trip to the Grand Unicorn Council). Learn what imposter syndrome is and how to handle it with practical tips or strategies I've found helpful. As a neurodivergent individual, I am all too aware that those marginalized by society commonly face imposter syndrome and that this can also even feel dismissive at times. Everyone is unique. I speak from experience and research, not as professional advice.
