“So if you would like to more efficiently “perceive” higher Guidance, you must be holding higher frequencies in a more consistent manner (not moving back and forth through the spectrum constantly). Because Humans are built to have a wide range of emotion, the easiest way to accomplish this is to redirect those emotions through a heart frequency (simply by your attention). Don’t overthink it. Simply visualize all energies transmuting through your heart field and back out into the cosmos while saying or thinking the phrase “no exceptions…” This wlll help to mitigate the tendency to allow those lower frequencies to be directed those operating themselves in lower frequencies (thus adding to that quantum expression) or to only see cohesive realities from higher perspective.”
