The BEST Budget MID-ENGINE Track Car - 2ZZ MR2 Nürburgring

For many years we argued that if you want a small RWD JDM roadster the only answer is... MX-5. However, if you want to live the mid-engine experience, on a budget, one of the best options is the third generation Toyota MR2. We believe that so much that we DID BUY one, with the plan of doing a future project/swap. Unfortunately, life got in the way and we never followed through. Then we met Alex, and he told us his story of how he ended up with this build, while before buying the car he had no idea of what an MR2 is, and we thought it deserved the spotlight.

Again, like the R32 a few weeks back, this is someone on his first visit, in his first real lap ever, so don't expect any unofficial records to be broken. Still the very cool story and the holistic approach of the build definitely deserve your time!
