Within our in-house polishing department, master polishers work on each and every product by hand to create a perfectly smooth surface with no imperfections.

Here we can see the process of polishing a One Hundred Collection T10K14 spout in Antique Gold. This single spout undergoes many operations that can be defined by six visual stages.

Beginning with a raw brass spout, linishing belts with coarse textures are used to create shape and definition. Next, an array of spinning mops with coarse, medium and soft textures are used to manually buff and polish the spout to perfection. This is an art that is a testament to our craftsman's skills.

Polishing is crucial in providing a flawless surface for electroplating finishes, so that our brassware can bear their distinguishing features of depth, lustre and durability.
