Full written Recipe for paneer Masala

For shallow frying paneer

Ingredients:
Paneer (Indian cheese)-300g
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Kasoori methi-1tsp (grind between your palms)
Ghee-1tbsp

Method:
1.Add 1tbsp ghee in a pan then add paneer cubes one by one flip and fry until golden brown.

Gram flour for roasting -2tbsp
Dry roast gram flour in a pan for 2 min on a medium heat.

For Gravy

Ingredients:

Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
Bay leaves-1
Dry red chilli-2
Cardamom pod-1
Cloves-2
Kasoori methi-1tsp grind between your palms
Onions-2 finally chopped
Tomatoes-2 chopped
Salt as per taste
Ginger and garlic-1tbsp each
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Ghee-2tbsp or butter
Water as needed
Asafoetida (hing)-1/2tsp
Curd:2tsp


Method:
1.In a pan add ghee cumin seeds,bay leaves,dry red chilli,cloves,Kasoori methi,cardamom pod saute for a minute.
2.Add chopped onions add salt cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
3.Add ginger and garlic grated add all the spices red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, add roasted gram flour and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add grated tomatoes cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
5.Add salt as per taste.
6.Cover and cook on a medium heat.
Add 1/3cup of water mix well and cover .
7.Gravy is ready when it leaves oil.
8.Add panner to gravy and mix well
9.Add 2 tsp of curd and mix well
10.Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves. Serve with roti or rice.
