Introducing a powerful tool that can help you EAT BETTER on your weight loss journey. Today we’re discussing our experience with the Yuka app and how it helps us make more informed decisions about what we eat. It’s easy to suggest everyone should simply eat better, but it’s much harder to navigate the enormous amount of misleading marketing and labels. While the Yuka app still requires some critical thinking about nutrition, we’ve found it helpful in our weight loss and fitness journey by helping us make more informed diet decisions in an easy-to-use format. We’re also on the lookout for alternative tools, so if you’ve found a similar tool that you’ve had success with be sure to drop a comment so we can give it a try.
