On this weeks episode of the Veteran Entrepreneur Podcast, Scott catches up with Stephan Fernandez, the owner and founder of Pick 6 Global Logistics. Scott and Stephan served in the same platoon and deployed together in 2009. They spend some time catching up and then get into the meat and potatoes of Stephans path into transitioning our of the service and into entrepreneurship.

Stephan is an entrepreneur who took his skills as Radio Operator specializing in Air traffic control and applied them to the world of logistics and trucking. He's been able to create a successful business model from the ground up. Stephan started out in the industry driving for a big box logistics company where he learned the ins and outs of the business. From there he created a vision to "change the game", hence the name Pick 6 (A football reference for you sports buffs).

Stephan is actively looking for veterans to hire as drivers for the company. He offers a unique business model wherein the financial rewards are much more lucrative for the driver than the typical driver - carrier relationship model. His company values the work life balance and offers a competitive benefits package.
