Withdraw cash or send money to your family or friends easily:

1. Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
2. Navigate to ‘Transfers’ at the bottom menu
3. Go to ‘Instant Transfer’
4. Select ‘Proceed’
5. Tap on ‘Initiate a Withdrawal’
6. Enter the mobile number and name of the recipient
7. Select the account from which you wish to withdraw the amount
8. Enter the amount
9. Cardless Cash Withdrawal allows to withdrawal amounts of up to AED 5,000
10. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions
11. Tap on ‘Agree & Continue’
12. Upon confirmation, the selected account will be debited instantly
13. Transaction status will be placed in pending until withdrawal or expiry after 24 hours
14. Tap ‘Confirm’
15. Complete the authentication process using ADCB FacePass
16. Congratulations! Your Cardless Cash Withdrawal request has been sent successfully
17. Please note that this request is valid for 24 hours
18. You and the recipient will receive the withdrawal code
19. Cardless Cash Withdrawal feature is available at over 500 ADCB ATMs
20. To find your nearest ATM, please visit adcb.com/locator and select ‘ATM’ then ‘Deposits/Cardless Cash Withdrawal’ tab
