I was under the impression that once my cancer treatment ended, so did the cancer. I quickly learned otherwise. Cancer recovery is ongoing - for the rest of a cancer survivor's life. I share my plan, a four pronged approach, to recovery: Medical, Emotional, Nutritional, & Fitness.
