Professionals working across a wide variety of sectors including health, social care, community organisations, finance and state services submit community referrals to the HSE Safeguarding and Protection Teams. From September 23rd 2024 such community referrals should be sent to the HSE Safeguarding and Protection Teams via the portal on the online system for adult safeguarding . This recorded webinar is designed to advise and guide professionals who need to send a community safeguarding referral to a HSE Safeguarding and Protection Team. The webinar gives step by step guidance on setting up an account on the portal , filling in the data fields and submitting the community referral.
