Join me for a foam roller pilates workout to increase core strength and stretch out the shoulders, hip and leg muscles. A full body workout that contains challenging core work whilst balancing on the roller as well as exercises to release tight leg muscles and mobilise the hips. A great routine to do pre or post a longer workout as an active recovery routine and wonderful as a stand alone workout too when you're short on time.
