The driver of a car with altered temporary plates flees on foot from a stop in Kansas City, Kansas. Officers swiftly capture the man and find recently stolen firearms in the trunk. The victim arrives and learns the culprit is his next-door neighbor. Officers attempt to serve a felony warrant and discover an abandoned pot-bellied pig.
