“Bungalow- Modern, Compact, yet Luxurious”
This is about a dream midsize Bungalow with all luxurious facilities. This house comprises of 4 bedrooms, 1 home office, a family cum Theatre room, a dedicated puja room, large double height living, dining and kitchen- Designed by Creative Ventures. A good design, catering to all the client’s needs, a large parking an inward-looking house into the main living room, was the client requirements and we are happy to say; we could bring their “DREAM BUNGALOW” into a reality.
Optimum use of spaces; keeping in mind the client’s requirement and the family culture was the key brush to paint the design idea into a real bungalow for the client. The Plot was compact and the requirement being large was an interesting challenge during the design process.
The ground floor comprises of Entrance lobby, home office, a lift that goes to all levels of the house and a Large parking that serve the dual purpose of parking and a covered space for any family function for up to 50 people. The common spaces like, Living, dining, kitchen, interactive sit outs and 2 bedrooms were planned at the 1st level. And 2 more bedrooms, family cum theatre room were planned at 2nd level.
The Dining overlooks a sit out terrace; and similarly the Family room opens up into a terrace. We have tried to give user friendly terraces and tried to keep the inner spaces large as possible.
The overall planning takes care of the shape of the house and thus the elevation of the house evolves into a contemporary bungalow. This house is our custom solution for all the needs of Mr. Suresh & Mrs. Prema. They were looking for a comfortable bungalow, with simplicity and some element of luxury. And as a design solution, here is the outcome; Bungalow “Venkateshwara Nilayam”.
