I used a 1/2-13 tap and bolt to remove the rotor. If you don't have taps your can buy a basic sae/metric kit like this one http://amzn.to/2r2X9fm for pretty cheap or just a single tap http://amzn.to/2pHVnw2 .

I used a Craftsman Strap wrench to hold the rotor from spinning http://amzn.to/2r2ug2Y
