Pear jam: making it at home is really easy!

Creamy and delicious, give it a try!INGREDIENTS
1.5kg pears
Lemon juice
400g sugar
METHOD

Cut the pears into small pieces. Add lemon juice, sugar and mix well. Cook over low heat until caramelized.
Use a blender to make a smooth jam then pour into jars.
