In this video, I show how to warm up your legs to get ready for any training. All you need is your bodyweight, or a few dumbbells.

Using dumbbells helps your body stretch a little further and forces you to use your muscles a little more which helps you to warm up.

Even though there are not arm movements in the warm-up, holding the weights, and keeping your shoulders pulled back, helps activate your chest, shoulder, and grip strength muscles.

Take it easy the first few times you do this, and don’t use too much weight or use no weight at all. Make sure your ankles feel good and pain-free as you step through these motions.
