Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is a kart racing video game serving as a spin-off of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is developed by Sonic Team, published by Sega, and was released worldwide on 25 September 2025. An animated short promoting the game was released on 29 August 2025, while a one-shot comic based on the game will be released on 28 January 2026 by IDW Publishing. The game features characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog universe, with characters from other Sega properties and pop-culture franchises being added periodically as downloadable content.

The game was released for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. A Nintendo Switch 2 edition will release digitally during Holiday 2025; a physical version will follow in early 2026.
