The musicians of Ülger, an ethnic folk band from Khakassia, on this video are:
Anna Burnakova: voice, topchyl-khomys;
Antonida Tyul’berova: voice, aghas-khomys;
Ay Charykh Sayn Küchen: voice (singing; khai in küülĭp, kharygha and syghyrtyp styles), chatkhan, yykh;
Vladimir Dorzhu: voice (singing; khai in küülĭp style), sangyros, tuyghakhtar;
Leonid Ivandaev: voice (singing; khai in kharygha style), tüür;
Vyacheslav Albychakov: voice (singing; khai in kharygha style), yykh.

Ay Charykh Sayn Küchen wrote a lyric song (saryn) in which the message that Ülger wants to transmit is put into words.
The last two lines of the song are "Küstüglerge iris, kĭchĭklerge parys | Khan tigĭrdeng tay altynda" (To enhance happiness and reduce profit | From the Sky to the rich earth below).
A wish for harmony on earth, from a Tengrianist point of view: “May our songs fly above the whole world like a winged horse and bring happiness to everybody!”

Ülger performed during the gala concert of the IV International Symposium (that was held from 1 to 4 July 2010) at the Filarmonia in Abakan, Khakassia, R.F.
