Right or wrong? – the importance of empathy | Fazeeha Mohamed Farzan | TEDxYouth@RGS

Описание к видео Right or wrong? – the importance of empathy | Fazeeha Mohamed Farzan | TEDxYouth@RGS

Fazeeha’s passion about human rights has led her to explore morality, specifically that of children – do they know what is right naturally or must morals be explicitly taught? Based on the experiences of herself and her brother, she highlights the significance of empathy in children’s understanding of the difference between right and wrong, as she has seen it. Fazeeha is 15 and interested in humanities, in particular theology & philosophy and history. When she is older, she hopes to be a lawyer to ‘fight inequality and injustice’. This is her second TEDx event, having spoken last year on the subject of Islamophobia. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
