Here's how to enable Bluetooth tethering on your Samsung Galaxy S23:

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your Samsung Galaxy S23 and the device you want to share the internet connection with.
2. Pair your Samsung Galaxy S23 with the other device using Bluetooth.
3. Once paired, go to the Settings app on your Samsung Galaxy S23.
4. Scroll down and tap on "Connections."
