So Many Cooks in the Kitchen presents ‘So Many Cruciferous Vegetables!’ on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 2p ET. Did you know that vegetables like broccoli, kale, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and others are called “cruciferous” because their flowers are cross-like with four petals? These vegetables are very nutritious and we’re excited to share some of our cruciferous vegetable recipes with you. As always our recipes are tasty, healthy, whole food plant-based, vegan, and easy to prepare. We have been having monthly shows starting in May 2020!
