DA Case Update Today LIVE | আজ সুপ্রিম কোর্টে DA মামলার রায়। সকাল সাড়ে দশটায় DA মামলার রায়। সুপ্রিম কোর্টের ১১ নম্বর এজলাসে রায় দেবে বিচারপতি সঞ্জয় করোল এবং বিচারপতি পি কে মিশ্রর বেঞ্চ। ২০২২-এর ২৮ নভেম্বর প্রথম DA মামলার শুনানি। ২০২২ থেকে মোট ছাব্বিশ দিন DA মামলার শুনানি হয়। ২০২৫-এর ১৬ মে সুপ্রিম কোর্টের নির্দেশ, ৬ সপ্তাহের মধ্যে বকেয়া DA-এর ২৫% মিটিয়ে দেবে রাজ্য। রাজ্য আবেদন করে, ২৫% টাকা সুপ্রিম কোর্টে গচ্ছিত রাখা হোক। কারণ মামলায় রাজ্য জিতলে, বকেয়া ডিএ পুনরুদ্ধারে জটিলতা তৈরি হবে। ২০২৫-এর ৮-ই সেপ্টেম্বর শেষ হয় শুনানি। ওইদিন রায়দান স্থগিত রাখা হয়। অবশেষে আজ রায়।

The Supreme Court will deliver its verdict on the DA (Dearness Allowance) case today. The verdict will be pronounced at 10:30 AM. The bench of Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice P.K. Mishra will deliver the judgment in Courtroom No. 11 of the Supreme Court. The first hearing of the DA case took place on November 28, 2022. The case was heard for a total of twenty-six days since 2022. On May 16, 2025, the Supreme Court directed the state government to pay 25% of the outstanding DA within six weeks. The state government appealed, requesting that the 25% amount be deposited with the Supreme Court. This was because if the state won the case, recovering the outstanding DA would become complicated. The hearing concluded on September 8, 2025. On that day, the judgment was reserved. Finally, the verdict will be delivered today.
