For the decorations, I used a Physique Jewel 2 and a Mighty Bow Jewel 2. You're left with four lvl 1 Deco Slots, I would recommend filling it up with expert or blaze jewels to boost up your damage.

Minus the jewels, this will give you:
-Critical Element
-Constitution lvl 3
-Critical Eye lvl 3
-Critical Boost lvl 3
-Weakness Exploit lvl 2
-Spread/Power Shots
-Flinch Free lvl 1

This build is mainly designed for Tempered Kirin. With this, you're going to be dodging a lot as you spam normal/power coated arrows, focusing on its head.

When it gets knocked over, you can switch to blast coatings and spam your spread/power shots for extra damage.
