Learn how to replace the side agitator on your Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot vacuum. While the side agitator is engineered to last the lifetime of your machine under normal domestic use, accidental damage may require a replacement. This video guide walks you through the process step by step.

In this video:

Place your robot upside down on a soft surface to protect the camera and sensors
Open the soleplate using the red release tab
Open the clear side door to access the agitator
Use a small screwdriver to remove the securing screw
Slide out the damaged agitator and fit the replacement
Tighten the screw and close the soleplate securely
