In this talk, Venerable Karunika dives into the profound topics of perception and the nature of our attachments to samsara, the round of rebirths. After a 30-minute guided meditation, she gives a 40-minute talk on how to see our attachments, how those attachments are born in the first place, and how the practice of challenging our perceptions ultimately has the power to lead us out of suffering.
