I made these for the first time in cooker and they turned out to be really good. Ps- If you want to make it little chatpata then add little bit of red chilly powder.

The recipe and ingredients is as follows :-
1. Add 3-4 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil or Desi to Ghee in a Kitchen Essential Pressure cooker.
2. Add 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, cloves, cinnamon, Cardamom(both types), 1-2 Bay Leaves and roast it.
3. Now add chopped onions and roast them well with those masalas.
3. Add dry fruits and saute & your choice of vegetables and saute them again.
4. Add Black Pepper, Salt, Red chilli powder (1 Teaspoon each).
5. Add Soaked Rice and mix nicely. Add 2 glasses of water, mix well & close the lid, after 2 whistle turn of the gas and it will get ready in 10 mins.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve 😊
