Wewathenna | වැවතැන්න - නුවර තියන හොඳම කැම්පින් සයිට් එක | The Best Camping Site In Kandy

Wewathenna is a beautiful camping site located in the Kandy District of the Central Province. Travel is a bit difficult. On the way from Kandy to Wewathenna you will find another amazing and world-famous Victoria Dum. Ask the villagers to know the exact route. They will tell you the correct route. Always be very careful as there is no security fence on the road going down the hill.

There is a lake at the top of the mountain and it is full of water during the rainy season. It is not possible to see its beauty due to the lack of water during the dry season.

Rout : Kandy -- Mahiyangane Padiyatalawa Highway passing --Tennekumbura -- Balagolla --Digana -- Teldeniya -- Rambukwella up to Medamahanuwara --Wewathenna.
