about video: in this video I have explained the circumstances in which celebrities bail have been granted by court. according to ndps act there is a exception which is amended in 2001 by the govt of india that the drugs has divided know into two categories small quantity and commercial quantity , most of the celebrities who was indulge in drugs case has small quantity drug, that was the main reason therefore bail has been granted by celebrities. court was not biased.
