Recycled Reads is the Austin Public Library's used bookstore, dedicated to maximizing the life of items removed from circulation and donated by the community. For the most part, books and media are priced to sell, ranging from fifty-cents to $2.00 each. We offer a wide range of literature including fiction, nonfiction, children’s books and much, much more. Our knowledgeable staff is friendly and helpful and strives to make your book shopping experience a successful one. Recycled Reads regularly hosts events for adults and children, and staff and volunteers are always happy to help you figure out what to read (or listen to!) next.
