This song is quite different from the music I normally upload, and there is a story behind it. My dad made a workout playlist of songs that he would exercise to, and "My Best Friend's Girl" by The Cars was on that playlist. As I began listening to the playlist, this song came up, and I told my dad, "You would workout to this?" Now it has become a joke that I don't like the song, so my dad will try to play it every chance he can. However, after listening to the song so many times in order pick out all the parts and learn the song to do a cover of it, I have grown to like the song. So for Father's Day, I decided I would do this song for my dad as a joke and a Father's Day gift.

If you have never heard the original song, I would highly recommend listening to it, for that will explain why I sang it the way I did.
