Stop manually using the fill handle to recolour cells, it's not dynamic so you're likely to not only take long but also get it wrong many times along the way, instead use these two alternatives:

Recolouring tables for design purposes should be using "alternating colours" under the format tab, the formats auto-expand even if you just a header row or total row coloured, and not alternating colours. This feature is less sophisticated than Excel's equivalent knows as a "Table" though.

To recolor based on criteria, use Format - Conditional formatting. cells containing the text "No" can be blue, cells over 500 in red, or add colour scale heat maps.
