On 11th September 2024, Nvidia Inc released Geforce DCH WHQL stable driver v561.09
On 12th September 2024, I successfully installed this version driver via the normal method on Windows 11 64bit 23H2 Professional Edition build no 22631.4169.

I installed this driver on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 card.
The above Graphics card model is manufactured by Gigabyte Inc.
