Ingredients
Dough
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp granulated sugar
4 tbsp unsalted butter
½ tsp baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
½ tsp of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Cream filling
1 cup of sour cream
½ cup of condensed milk

Face decorations
Dark chocolate pieces
Baked leftover edges
Black fondant
2 Wafers
2 marshmallows

Instructions
Dough
Turn burner on medium heat
Melt and mix honey, sugar, and butter in medium sized saucepan for 3-4 minutes
Add baking soda to saucepan and mix at medium speed
In a small mixing bowl, crack and lightly beat two eggs
Remove saucepan from heat and slowly add the eggs, mix little by little
Add the flour, vanilla extract and salt to the saucepan and mix thoroughly until the dough is shaped into a round ball
On a floured surface, roll dough to a ½” thick rectangle and cut out 6 circles of the same size, which will become your cake layers. Keep the leftover edges from the cutouts
Bake the circle cutouts for 12 minutes and the leftover edges for 15 minutes, both at 350F

Cream filling
In a large bowl, mix the sour cream and condensed milk
Using a large spoon, fill the cake layers with the cream filling, stacking each layer on top of the other, and then covering the entire cake with cream
Leave overnight in the fridge

Face decorations
Put the cake on a new plate.
Grate the dark chocolate and baked leftovers into separate bowls. Sprinkle the baked leftovers over the entire cake so they cover the surface entirely
Using a wax paper for a stencil, garnish the surface of the cake with the grated dark chocolate
Use the fondant and marshmallows to create Beebert’s antennas, glasses, and mouth
Use the wafers to shape Beebert’s wings
